Requirements

  • You should have a proven track record as a Registered Manager in a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ graded home and you should be able to demonstrably meet the abilities, values, and skills needed to thrive in this role.
  • You will hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • You will have a clean UK driving license.
  • You will be resilient, highly organised, thoughtful, and prepared to go above and beyond for our tribe.
  • You will be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the home including some weekends and evenings

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
